Adnams Dry Hopped Lager
Golden & Complex
Brewed with Pilsner malt – like all decent lagers – this authentic lager is then dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity hop flavours.
Dry hopping allows us to pack more of a flavour punch and adds brilliant hop aromas. It's then 'lagered' (cold conditioned) to produce a full, well rounded flavour.
This golden lager is light, crisp and refreshing with subtle malty flavours and a super hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and passionfruit.
Pale & Malty
It started with our brewmaster, Keith Villa, wanting to craft a beer inspired by the flavorful Belgian Wits he enjoyed while studying brewing in Belgium. He brewed his interpretation using Valencia orange peel versus the traditional tart Curaçao orange peel, for a subtle sweetness. Then he added oats and wheat to create a smooth, creamy finish that's inviting to the palate. As a final touch, he garnished the beer with an orange slice to heighten the citrus aroma and taste. Its natural unfiltered appearance adds to the depth of flavors in Belgian White*.
Castle Rock Harvest Pale
Pale & Hoppy
Harvest Pale is brewed with a gently-kilned malt, and an aromatic blend of American hops added during the brewing process gives this 3.8% abv pale beer exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a crisp finish.
Fuller's Frontier Craft Lager
Golden & Fruity
Frontier is hand-crafted over 42 days combining the best of old world malts and 168 years of brewing knowledge with new world brewing techniques and hops. The blend of powerful new world hops and the distinctive Fuller's yeast that is brewed at a higher temperature allows a deeper and more robust flavour to flood out.
The brew is then carefully lagered for five weeks to fully condition the beer and give it the full and interesting flavour that differentiates it from its peers. Allowing the flavour to develop over time, Frontier is unpasteurised yet filtered to deliver the clarity our consumers have asked for. These factors combined deliver the unique taste of Frontier.
The result is a memorable beer with citrus and spicy notes, a light fizzy body and a clean refreshing taste.
Meantime London Pale Ale
Pale & Complex
One hundred and fifty years ago the new bitter beer style, Pale Ale, was so popular that brewers had to import Californian hops to meet demand. Meantime London Pale Ale continues that tradition by combining lots of American Cascade and Centennial hops to give it a complex citrus aroma and buckets full of local Kentish Goldings to provide the bitterness that makes the style so refreshing.
Together they conspire to assail the nose with a complex, heady mix of spearmint, grass and 'hop sack' aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience.
Sharp's Doom Bar
Amber & Smooth
The aroma of Doom Bar combines an accomplished balance of spicy resinous hop, inviting sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a perfectly balanced and complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malty notes and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The bitterness remains into the finish with dry fruity notes which implore the drinker to go back for more.
